The Eden Prairie Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a driver involved in a hit-and-run incident on Sunday, Sept. 15.
At about 11:45 a.m., a dark-colored sedan, similar to a 2014 Hyundai Elantra, struck a young child riding a bicycle near the intersection of Homeward Hills Road and Silverwood Drive, according to a statement from police posted on social media Wednesday.
The child was treated by paramedics at the scene and released to their family.
