** What’s In Store: ** Every Wednesday from 6:45 – 7:45 pm experience the rejuvenating power of wellness with weekly classes featuring a variety of sound baths and mindfulness meditation practices. Please click the link for specific class details.

 ** Sound Baths: **

Kristin will offer a variety of sound bath experiences with resonant instruments like crystal bowls, a handpan, a gong, and more. Let the healing frequencies wash over you, promoting relaxation and harmony for a balanced mind and body.

 ** Mindfulness Meditation: **

Jamie will guide you through evidence-based mindfulness meditation classes proven to reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster overall mental well-being.

** Time: ** 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm.

** Fees: ** $25 per person, 20% off for two or more people
