Come for the Beer Pong Tournament or come for the Silent Auction, or both!
All profits from the event go to the wide range of local and international service projects of the Eden Prairie Noon Rotary including: My Book Day, Onward Eden Prairie, polio eradication, and many others.
Beer Pong is the Main Event!
We start with teams of beer pong aficionados, young and old, amateur and expert. With experience and luck, the teams are winnowed down to the final winner through double-elimination play, guaranteeing at least three highly-competitive, spirited, entertaining and fun games (Official Rules). But wait, there’s more! Cash prizes will be given!
Prizes:
- First place: $200
- Second place: $100
- Third place: $50
Tournament Schedule:
- Online registration closes at 11:30am, Jan. 31.
- Onsite registration (as space allows) & check-in opens at 1pm.
- The tournament will begin as soon as possible (which is usually shortly after 1:30).
Registration:
- $25 per person entry fee ($50 per team).
Silent Auction
The Silent Auction provides Pong Fest participants, observers and Rotary friends and supporters with the opportunity to bid for and buy dozens of interesting and useful items.
You are welcome to come just for the Silent Auction (you do not need to be registered for the tournament)!
Please let us know if you have something to donate for the Silent Auction.
Silent Auction Schedule:
- Bids can be placed from 1—3pm.
- Bids close at 3pm.
- Must be present to win.
Tournament registration will be open in later December.
