Carol Gjersvik, 89, of Eden Prairie, went to heaven on March 23, 2025.
Carol enjoyed doing daycare for her grandchildren and nephews, where she lived in Eden Prairie in the home built by her husband, Wilbur, in 1963.
She was very involved with her church, Immanuel Lutheran, and loved traveling to Mexico with family and friends.
We were blessed to have her in our lives and will miss her terribly.
Carol was preceded in death by her wonderful husband, Wilbur, in 2018. She is survived by her sons, Paul (Terry) Gjersvik and Jeff (Becky) Gjersvik; grandchildren she loved dearly, Laura (Karl) Rager, Dan Gjersvik, Nick Gjersvik and Gina Gjersvik; and great-grandchildren, Broc and Ashlyn Rager.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 16515 Luther Way, Eden Prairie. Visitation begins at 10 a.m., followed by the service at 11 a.m., with a luncheon to follow.
