Jeffrey Jared Anderson, 49, of Eden Prairie, passed away on Feb. 9 while traveling in Jamaica.
Jeff was a graduate of Minnetonka High School, a Golden Gloves boxer and a gourmet chef.
He was dearly loved and was preceded in death by his father, Greg; his grandparents, Meta and Jim Williams, and Lois and Darel Anderson; and his precious boxers: Apollo, Shiva, Kayla, Farley, and Eddie.
He will be greatly missed by his parents, Debbie and Joe; his brothers, Greg (Tori) and Kirk (Jayme); his much-beloved nephew, Piers; niece, Isla; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and longtime love, Kristi.
A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held on Sunday, March 24, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the Chanhassen American Legion, 290 Lake Drive E., Chanhassen.
