Monday, Jan. 16
Monday marks the start of a busy week for the Eagles girls basketball team, who will play four games in five days. The sixth-ranked Eagles start the marathon by facing Mahtomedi in the MLK Classic at St. Catherine University. Opening tip is 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Jan. 17
A busy Tuesday begins with the boys and girls Alpine ski teams, who will compete against multiple schools in a meet at Buck Hill Ski Area. The first run is at 4 p.m.
The girls gymnastics squad travels to Buffalo for a dual meet at 6 p.m. The event has been moved up from its original date of Thursday, Jan. 19.
The girls basketball team will join the gymnasts with a trip to Buffalo. The Eagles will take on the Bison with the opening tip set for 7 p.m.
The fifth-ranked Eagles boys basketball team, coming off a 94-84 loss to No. 3 Hopkins, will host Buffalo at 7 p.m.
The Eagles girls hockey team defeated Buffalo 4-0 on Saturday. They’ll try to make it two in a row in their game with Minnetonka. Opening faceoff with the Skippers is at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 18
The boys and girls Nordic ski teams will compete with multiple schools in conference relays at Elm Creek Park Reserve in Maple Grove. The racing starts at 3 p.m.
The Eden Prairie girls basketball team continues its marathon week of competition, traveling to Lakeville North for a 7 p.m. tip-off with the Panthers.
The boys basketball team is on the road in Prior Lake. The Eagles will take on the Lakers in a game originally slated for Dec. 14. The action begins at 7 p.m.
The boys hockey team will take the ice for the first time since their 9-3 victory on Saturday at St. Michael-Albertville. The Eagles will host Mahtomedi at Eden Prairie Community Center. Opening puck drop is set for 7 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 19
Thursday’s slate kicks off with the boys and girls Nordic ski teams, as they participate in a conference meet featuring multiple schools at Hyland Park Reserve in Bloomington. Competition starts at 3 p.m.
The Eagles wrestling team is back on the mat with a triangular meet at Wayzata High School. First bout is at 5 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 20
Friday’s sports lineup begins with boys swimming and diving at Eden Prairie Community Center. The Eagles host Hopkins in a dual meet starting at 5:30 p.m.
The girls basketball team finishes its action-packed week by returning to its home court for the first time since Dec. 14. The Eagles host St. Michael-Albertville with opening tip set for 7 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 21
Saturday action begins at 10 a.m. with the girls gymnastics team competing with multiple schools in the varsity invitational at Park Center High School.
The Eden Prairie wrestling team travels to Albert Lea for a multiple-school invitational. The grappling begins at 10 a.m.
The Eagles girls hockey team hosts North Wright County in a 2:30 start at Eden Prairie Community Center.
The week closes out with the Eden Prairie boys hockey team hosting Minnetonka. Puck drop for the Eagles and the Skippers is set for 7 p.m. at Eden Prairie Community Center.
