Jon Sogard of the Minnesota Office of Pipeline SafetyTwo homeowners temporarily lost gas service, but no one was hurt.
The accident occurred during a repaving of Cumberland Road that Carter Schulze, Engineering Project Manager for the city, estimated would be complete in 2 1/2 weeks.
